Cahal's sport is Judo and he began it when he was a young but also did other sports, and at that time wasn't fully focused on Judo.

After completing High School at 17, Cahal decided to take Judo More serious.

In 2004 he qualified for the Australian National team in the -90kg and -100kg division.

He is now looking for sponsors to help him compete and train overseas.
