This is the SportFund.com Privacy Policy, a document which outlines our guarantee on your use of SportFund.com products.

SportFund.com was created to provide new fundraising strategies for sports people.

What we do with your information

Firstly, let us assure you that SportFund.com does not give your details to anyone unless you instruct us to do so.

• We don't sell or trade email addresses or personal information.
• We don't send or tolerate SPAM!
• And, we won't send you emails about anything that's not related to the operation of the SportFund.com website.

SportFund.com is wholly owned by Walkerden Resources Pty Ltd (ACN:106 770 487) which is a Proprietary Limited Company incorporated in Australia. By accepting the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy set out herein you acknowledge that any agreement you make with SportFund.com is an agreement also made with Walkerden Resources Pty Ltd (ACN:106 770 487).

1. SportFund.com uses and may disclose your personal information in order to:
   1. Provide services to you;
   2. Research, develop, administer, protect and improve our services;
   3. Facilitate payments to you from sponsors;
   4. Instigate proceedings against misuse; and
   5. Comply with legal compulsion such as a Court order.
2. Other than listed in Clause 1, SportFund.com will not provide any information which you give to us to any other organisation or individual without your express permission.
3. As part of routine administration, SportFund.com collects system status information such as login times and help desk records. These are not on-sold or disclosed to others except as required in paragraph 1.
4. All clients may request access to the personal details collected by SportFund.com in relation to themselves and the use of the account owned by them. SportFund.com wishes to ensure that such details are always correct and up-to-date, and will amend any inaccuracies or changes to details on request.
5. By law, SportFund.com must retain some client details for a minimum of 5 years. However, SportFund.com does not retain clients' personal information longer than is necessary for the purposes of compliance with the law and routine administration.
6. If SportFund.com is ever sold to another organisation, the new owners must also comply with this privacy policy.
7. SportFund.com keeps client information on controlled facilities which are secured against unauthorised access. Proof of identity will be required before information is released to any person, including the client.
8. SportFund.com typically communicates with its clients by email, and may send clients a newsletter from time to time. In exceptional circumstances, urgent notifications may also be sent out by email.
9. SportFund.com is constantly improving and enhancing its services to clients, and may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes to the policy will be advised to clients by email and by updating this page on the SportFund.com web site.
