Otago University Floorball Club

We're a recently-founded but rapidly growing university sports club based in Dunedin, New Zealand. We play floorball, an indoor hockey-like game played extensively in Scandinavia and mainland Europe. The sport can be both social and competitive, with the intention of our club to bring out the best of both.

Floorball, a.k.a. unihoc and innebandy, is an exciting indoor ball sport played with medium-sized plastic sticks and a plastic hollow ball. It is a hydrib sport combining the very best of ice hockey, field hockey and indoor sports. It is suitable for all ages and levels of experience.

Currently, practices run every Monday from 9pm to 10pm. This schedule will start on Monday 24th of April and will continue until the end of the first semester (12th of June). In the first few weeks, additional schedules may be offered depending on numbers. We play at the Edgar Centre in South Dunedin.

To join the > 2 million worldwide players, get in touch with Otago Floorball Club by emailing otagofloorball@gmail.com or phoning the club on 02102297356. We look forward to welcoming you to the team.
